1. Age - 25 to 50 years
2. Experience min. 2 years of work in such a position, and having the authorization of a plastering aggregate operator (certificate of completion of training)
3. Certificate of the possibility of working at height and of good health enabling work in this position. (HIV - negative, no jaundice)
4. Knowledge of reading technical construction documentation, with particular emphasis on technical drawing,
5. Ability to select masonry and plaster mixes, knowledge of material technologies used in construction in Europe and Poland.
6. Knowledge of tools and devices used in plastering and masonry works.
7. Knowledge of determining the selection of materials for masonry works, internal plasters, external plasters (lime, cement, resin, alabaster), and dry plasters also made of drywall, and knowledge of the application technology.
8. Knowledge of devices for applying plaster and for creating mortars and the ability to define the correctness of their operation and maintenance, define faults and the ability to carry out simple repairs.
9. Know and apply various types of ordinary, precious, mosaic plasters, etc.
with particular emphasis on the colors of the materials used.
10. Erecting walls of bricks, stones, concrete, plaster, ceramic and other building materials, constructing stairs, pillars and ceilings.
11. Be able to install internal and external facade panels.
12. Have the knowledge and the ability to connect and operate machines for the production of mortars and plastering aggregates.
13. Have knowledge and the ability to carry out work in accordance with industry requirements and health and safety regulations
14. Perform measurements with the use of measuring tools for bricklaying and plastering works.
15. Basic operation and maintenance of manual and electrical equipment used in bricklaying and plastering works.
16. Ability to cooperate with other employees performing construction and assembly operations on facilities and structures.
